However, while there is some overlap, travel designers are fundamentally different in many respects and seek to take personalization and client relationships to the next level. Below, we will dive into the specific elements of a travel designer and the key role they play in creating itineraries and rising to the challenge of going the extra mile for their clientele.

What distinguishes a travel designer from other types of travel planners is the deep personal relationship between the professional and client. Travel designers are similar to interior designers in that they possess a keen eye for detail. With our flexible booking policy, you can plan your future travel with complete peace of mind.

Book now for travel through May 1^st, 2023 and you may change or cancel up to 30 days prior to departure in the event of a COVID-19 related reason – whether at home or in your travel destination – and receive a credit toward future travel.

For new bookings made with Trip Outside the Box, by Angel Travel beginning March 1st, 2022 for travel through March 1^st, 2023 guests may change or cancel the booking up to 30 days prior to departure in the event of a COVID-19 related reason at home or in their travel destination.
For Tailor Made bookings, some exclusions and penalties may apply, which will be advised in writing prior to confirmation.
All monies applied to a new booking are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Guests who cancel without rebooking will receive a credit toward future travel valid through December 31^st , 2022, credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Applicable price of new journey applies.
Guest is responsible for non-refundable air fees, insurance and other related costs. All other standard terms and conditions apply to the booking.
Special terms are subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time.

Safeguarding Your Health on Your Journey

We follow the health and safety protocols required for your journey.

All protocols involving physical distancing, vaccinations, masking, testing and other safety practices are carried out in accordance with up-to-date local regulations and service provider requirements, and are clearly communicated both before and during your journey.

Our Resident Tour Advisors, local guides and staff work together to help safeguard your wellbeing.

In addition to being experts in your region’s culture, history and wildlife, your guides are fully versed in your destination’s health regulations & protocols.

All guides and staff follow rigorous health and safety procedures.

Everyone involved in running your journey — from the guides you travel with to the drivers, baggage handlers and others behind the scenes — observes a strict, round-the-clock health and safety regimen, including regular staff health and temperature monitoring. They all wear masks and additional personal protective equipment based on local regulations and conditions.

We facilitate in-country COVID-19 testing and provide round-the-clock support.

Our services include the responsibility to support you throughout your journey, from coordinating COVID-19 testing (for travelling between countries and returning home) to answering any questions you have during your journey.
